What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, rider names and (optionally) rider heights so we can fit the bikes. We keep a record of the policies you accept with your booking.
How we use it
- To deliver, set up, support and pick up your rental.
- To send messages about your booking: confirmation, reminders, delivery details, changes and receipts.
- We only send marketing messages if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use service providers to run this website and our bookings:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security and data storage.
- Resend — sending booking emails.
- Stripe — card payments, only if online payment is enabled. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
Security & retention
Booking links are private and expire. We keep booking records for as long as needed for our business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
Email fun@boujeebikes.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.
