How a rental works
- We deliver your bikes to the address on your reservation during your delivery window, and pick them up during your pickup window.
- Every rental includes a helmet, a charger and a lock for each bike.
- We adjust each bike for its rider at delivery.
Rental agreement and waiver

Who can rent
- Minimum age: [OWNER TO CONFIRM] — the current website says “16+ years only.”
- Riders should be roughly 5′1″ to 6′3″ for the best fit.
Looking after the bikes
- Lock bikes whenever they are parked.
- Keep bikes out of the ocean and away from salt water.
- Report any damage, fault or accident to us right away at the number on your confirmation.
Damage, loss and deposits
