Step by step.
From booking to pickup, in five steps.
Booking: You choose four things.
- Your start date and rental length: 24 hours, 3 days or 6 days.
- How many bikes you need.
- A delivery window on your start date.
- Your delivery address in Oak Island, Southport, Caswell Beach, Holden Beach or Ocean Isle Beach.
Before you confirm, you’ll see your exact start time, end time, pickup window and the full price, including any group discount.
Delivery: We bring everything.
- The bikes arrive during your delivery window, each with a helmet, a charger and a lock.
- Every renter signs the rental agreement and waiver we bring with us.
- We adjust each bike to fit its rider, so it helps to have your riders there.
Add gate codes, unit numbers or parking notes to your booking so we find you fast.
Riding: The bikes are yours for the rental.
- Charge with the included charger. The battery is built into the frame and can be removed for charging.
- Lock the bikes whenever you park them.
- Keep the bikes out of the ocean and away from water. If they get sandy, wipe them with a dry towel. Please don’t wash them.
- Follow traffic laws and local town rules. E-bikes are not allowed on Oak Island’s public beach.
Pickup: We come back for them.
- We collect the bikes during your pickup window when the rental ends.
- Keep the bikes, helmets, chargers and locks together at your address so pickup is quick.
Changes: Plans change. That’s fine.
- Your confirmation email has a private link to view and manage your booking.
- To move dates, get in touch. We can reschedule when bikes are available for the new dates.
How rental time works.
Your rental starts when your delivery window starts. 24-hour rentals run exactly 24 hours. 3-day and 6-day rentals end at the same time of day, three or six days later.
