Cancellations
- You may cancel for any reason at least 14 days before your rental start for a full refund of anything you have paid.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the rental start are not refunded.
- When availability allows, we may offer a credit toward a future rental instead.
Changes
- You can reschedule your rental dates when bikes are available for the new dates.
- Changing a delivery or pickup time after booking may carry a $50 fee per change.
